For a leading kitchen manufacturer, Biolapse captured the growth process inside an innovative cultivation drawer, also known as a herb drawer. This drawer features integrated grow lighting and a smart nutrient system. Simply place seed cups inside, and within a few weeks, you’ll have a drawer full of fresh herbs — right in your kitchen.
The production was preceded by an extensive testing phase, during which dozens of herb varieties were trialed to find ones that germinate and grow in perfect synchrony. Additionally, specific measures were taken during the photo session to prevent the presence of insects and ensure a clean recording of the growing process.
The timelapse was recorded in the Biolapse studio using a 4K setup. The final result clearly illustrates the transformation from sprout to mature herb plant — suitable for promotional, educational, or digital content.
