Timelapse of growing Daikon microgreens in a transparent Blue Punnet from Koppert Cress
At the Biolapse Botanical Timelapse studio, we captured the growth of Daikon microgreens, grown directly in a transparent Blue Punnet from Koppert Cress. Thanks to the slightly translucent material of the punnet, we get a unique view of the early growth stages, where not only the leaves above the growing medium but also the germination of the seeds become visible.
During the recording process, a total of 483 photos were taken at intervals of 10 minutes. Together, these images create a smooth timelapse that beautifully shows the rapid and lively growth of the microgreens — a process that usually goes unnoticed.
